Metamorphosis is an emotional and personal biography of my life. Its an invigorating, edgy, passionate and thrilling story of a little girl orphaned at the age of 13. From high ways to by ways, from losses to gains, from pain to Joy. Daisy’s biography is an embodiment of the true nature of a butterfly and the process it goes through before blossoming into a beautiful butterfly.
This biography shows and tells the struggles of adapting in different countries, some even continents apart. It entails the struggle of finding self in a world of newness and lost hope from the eyes of a child. A dichotomy that was challenging to me. Self reflection is a needed journey. With an edge and a wit that cannot be outmatched, Daisy emerged out of the ashes shinning brighter than a diamond. Metamorphosis is exciting and revealing, it’s thrilling, its dramatic, its passionate and edgy, it is spectacular!
This book is authentic and brings transparency and rigor. It goes deep and reveals different challenges we all struggle with especially women. These stem from child hood traumas. This biography reflects on the true nature of children, mainly young girls who grow up without an authoritative male figure in the home with full involvement. It focuses on the journey and hardships and the tools needed to become a more healthy individual mentally and emotionally. If the healing process is successful, the trauma heals and results in to wisdom, love, intelligence, emotional balance, good health and massive wealth. This creates successful highly valued women.
It teaches any individual, more so women how to maneuver challenges in life. It focuses on emotional intelligence. It teaches you how to get to your destiny without tainting your path. It also foreshadows on the art of letting go. In order to receive, we must let go. Letting go of people through growth, selection and/or broken relationships is a mechanism that must be learned and mastered if there is a desire and a need to live a successful and a peaceful life full of abundance in all aspects and realms.
This biography focuses on the journey of a little girl who lived a beautiful life in Africa until one day, tragedy struck and her life changed in an instance. That little girl is me. I grew up around poverty yet a life full of love and joy. Suddenly, the end of a beautiful chapter closed and the beginning of a different one opened up like a new path. I had no control over it. I had to walk this path. At the tender age of 13, I was deeply saddened by this loss. Shaken to the core to say the least. This newness of viewing the world suddenly terrified me. For the 1st time in my life, I felt alone. The emotions triggered were new to me. I had never had this access before. I didn’t like it but i had no choice but to experience it. I remember screaming at God. I felt empty. My Spirit was torn but my Soul was preserved. During the grieving process, I was adopted and moved across the oceans.
This is where my life turns. The book highlights a life of hardships, neglect and resentment. It also highlights great times, unforgettable laughs and excellent recounted memories. These were all learning lessons and mile stones. I am forever thankful and grateful to God for this journey. I eventually turned all my losses and misfortunes around. It caused me to produce the genius that is celebrated and appreciated by many today.
Life has humbled me greatly and God has led me intentionally. I have learned what it truly means to love and what it truly means to hate. Spirituality is a sensitive subject to all of us yet we all understand 1 language. The universal language of love. Its an amazing sight to observe, an interesting feeling to perceive and a wonder when it is released. I now understand love in so many ways yet i also understand hate in so many realms. I have become much wiser with a new found strength. I now live a beautiful and passionate life. I am content with the place this journey has brought me to and I am forever grateful for it.
